Emirates Living, which is also known as Emirates Living Community, is a collection of neighboring Emaar properties that are located off Interchange 5 of Sheikh Zayed Road, near to the Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City, Emirates Golf Club and the American University of Dubai. The Emirates Living contains various residential developments that include the Emirates Hills, The Lakes, The Views, The Parklands, The Meadows, The Springs, and The Greens. It has also been referred to as the new Jumeirah due to the build quality and home features, as Jumeirah used to be the leading residential district of Dubai. Emirates Living also includes three schools (Dubai International Academy, Emirates International School, and Dubai British School), children's playgrounds, and communal swimming pools. Emirates Living residents have access to the Emirates Hills' Montgomerie Golf Course and its state-of-the-art Golf Academy. Residents of Emirates Hills will also have access to the Montgomerie's clubhouse and all of its facilities.
