SPORTS ONE BUSINESS Tower is a rewarding result of the great effort of our design team to present a concept and unique design in a form of a sail to confirm our motto for the Sports One Business Tower : Sail to the world Excellent View: the façade is facing towards the south with views of the central waterway, the space between the SPORTS ONE BUSINESS Tower and the central waterway is allocated for retail units that has the building permission for G+1 development baring in mind that our first floor is technically is the sixth floor above the ground because the building is designed as 1B + G+ 4P+ 25 floors The entire building is arranged to mixmize the open view towards the central waterway and the south-side office space is also maximized. The main entrance is located on the front road for the convenience of pedestrians, and the front side is designed to provide a resting place. The side gates are adjacent to the parking lot for a smooth trafic line. SPORTS ONE BUSINESS TOWER is located in one of the most prime locations in Sports City and it is one of the closest buildings to the main entrance with good access to Emirates road making it quick and easy to reach the rest of Dubai and beyond. Also as seen from the location map that it is surrounded by Wide roads from all directions making it like an island not close to any neighboring developments. The sports one building is surrounded by residential building and that gives comfort and easy accessibility for the business staff.
