- The tower has been designed to minimise adverse climatic effects on the building. It is orientated so that the East and West cores shelter the floor plates from the intense heat of the sun in this region. Sun shades are used on the South facade to minimise the effect of solar gain.
- The design features a fully glazed double height sky lobby in between the offices and apartments. Facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, bars and restaurants will be accomodated on this recreation deck.
- Once completed this tower will house the world's highest apartment.
