| The Al- Zorah project is the biggest project in the emirates history, it will be located on the northern coastal strip of Ajman along the Arabian Gulf surrounded by rich wildlife, mangrove forests and kilometers of sandy beaches. The project covers 12 km2 and will offer 22 million m2 of built up area. It will be built at a cost AED 220 billion. AL Zorah will house up to 160,000 residents. Several school, malls, health centers and a five star luxury hotels and resorts are also planned for Al Zorah.
The $3 billion Ajman Marina is considered to be one of the largest tourist, residential and commercial projects in Ajman. Upon completion, the project will offer 8,000 freehold residential units, on14 million ft2 of built-up area, as well as a number of commercial and entertainment facilities covering some three million ft2.
The only current five star hotel in North Ajman is the Kempinski Hotel, which overlooks the Arabian Gulf. It is set on a 500m strip of private beach and provides an exclusive retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Another development is Ajman One thats located at the entrance of Ajman on the Sharjah border.
